Santafixie UK Return Policy?
At santafixie.co.uk, there is a 14-day money-back guarantee or cooling-off period. Customers have 30 days to decide if they are going to keep the product or not. If within this 14-day period customers decide they don't want it, they can return it unused and the purchase price will be refunded. After this 14-day period has expired, customers will not be entitled to a refund.
In addition, from the date of receipt, there is a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. This means that if a problem occurs with the product after the initial 14-day period has elapsed (which the supply of spare parts cannot rectify), the unit can be returned and the manufacturer will repair or if need be replace the unit.
